3 KEY Omnee Pro App Functions That Will Impress Your Customer

Or, you might be looking for ways to improve your already excellent professional reputation, and maintain your competitive edge. You might be aching for a new way to get the word out that your work is better than the big guys. Listen, the Omnee PRO app was meant for you. If you already know the basics, wicked. Let’s take the next step: using the PRO app’s functions to really gain an edge. We’ll go through adding your customers to your network, creating a new job, and generating a quote. 


Just so you know, when you refer a customer and they download the Customer app, you never, ever pay commission on jobs for that customer. They’re your customer.


Job Creation and Quote Process in the Omnee PRO app


In the Omnee Pro app, you can create a job and a quote for your existing customer. Alternatively, you can quote on jobs requested by customers in the marketplace.


  1. To Add a Customer:
  • Select the ‘menu’ tab
  • Select ‘my customers’
  • Select ‘add a customer’
  • Enter your customer’s email address


  1. To Create a Job For Your Customer From Your End:
  • Select ‘Set up a new job’ in the home tab
  • Enter the required info:
  • Tap ‘Next’
  • Enter more required info
  •  Tap ‘Next’
  • Add any photos and job documents 
  • Tap ‘Create’


After the job is created, wait for your customer to accept the job. In the meantime, you can look for subcontractors. However, you will not be able to create a quote until your customer accepts the job. Follow the easy process below and offer more to your customer:


  1. To Create a Quote For Your Customer:
  • Under the ‘Jobs’ tab, tap the relevant job name
  • Select ‘Add Quote’
  • Add your line Item(s) 
  • Choose your unit of measurement (such as sq. foot, each, etc)
  • Enter the correct amount (such as sq. feet, labour hours, etc.)
  • Enter the relevant taxation type (such as GST) and the tax rate
  • Describe your payment terms and any other notes for the customer to view
  • Tap ‘Submit’
