  1. To Add a Customer:
  • Select the ‘menu’ tab
  • Select ‘my customers’
  • Select ‘add a customer’
  • Enter your customer’s email address

  1. To Create a Job For Your Customer From Your End:
  • Select ‘Set up a new job’ in the home tab
  • Enter the required info:
  • Tap ‘Next’
  • Enter more required info
  •  Tap ‘Next’
  • Add any photos and job documents
  • Tap ‘Create’

After the job is created, wait for your customer to accept the job. In the meantime, you can look for subcontractors. However, you will not be able to create a quote until your customer accepts the job. Follow the easy process below and offer more to your customer:

  1. To Create a Quote For Your Customer:
  • Under the ‘Jobs’ tab, tap the relevant job name
  • Select ‘Add Quote’
  • Add your line Item(s)
  • Choose your unit of measurement (such as sq. foot, each, etc)
  • Enter the correct amount (such as sq. feet, labour hours, etc.)
  • Enter the relevant taxation type (such as GST) and the tax rate
  • Describe your payment terms and any other notes for the customer to view
  • Tap ‘Submit’

That’s it - these functions are designed to help your business thrive and make your customers seriously impressed and happy.
